............... THE DISCIPLINE SETS US FREE

STOP PRESS!!

The Post and POST POST GRAD inclusive revised structure – we have listened to your requests AGAIN!

After the members meeting where we did some Body Reading (thank you Sarah) it seems you all want to do more!  With so few Saturdays left in the calendar next year I will be incorporating Body Reading and Solutions to the reading into the Post and Post Post Grad days.

We will do both standing reading and reading the body in movement (more useful for us).

Many of you are undertaking other CPM training next year and have requested that we separate the 4 Post Grad Matwork days to make them more doable.  We have therefore restructured the material and course content (also on request) to  be more useful to you out there in your teaching.

The new  Post Grad 2012 structure means that you are now able to choose to attend the first 2 days, the last 2 days, or (of course) all 4 days.

The first 2 days :

January 21st 2012 and February 4th 2012

Over the first 2 Saturdays we will be learning more moving connections.   This will help those clients and classes who aren’t ready for the full work but need to keep on getting ready for it – that is probably most of them!  You will learn ways to get your clients’ sense felt attention to actually feel and therefore make those all important, fundamental inner connections (and perhaps we will check in that you are making the best of them too!) Plus Body Reading and Solutions.

The second 2 days:

March 3rd and 10th 2012

Over the second 2 Saturdays we will be revisiting the second part of the Matwork sequence – the movement patterns you don’t get to teach as often (or ever?!)

What are the movements actually doing  – what anatomical purpose and function do they have?  Often if we understand what is actually going on it can defuse perceived difficulty which can then offer you ways in which you can introduce them to your clients and into your classes. We will also look at when it is appropriate to move somebody on and what else you could do with them if they are not ready. Plus Body Reading and Solutions

I would like to keep the same attendance for day 1&2 of each of the 2 day sessions as it allows for continuity and for the material to be progressive. However, if you are only able to attend one day then it is possible to attend the first day of either 2 Saturdays.

Time: 10.00- 2.00pm

Cost £275
        £145  for 1 day

Pre- Requisite: Attendance to the Contrology Matwork Study

I look forward for this opportunity to take you further down the long winding matwork road of discovery – a road that goes on forever and ever – as the wisdom of your body is infinite.

Hope to see you all there
