STRUCTURAL RECONNECTION with Karin Locher
As more and more people are coming to the Studio for rehabilitation (Re- able- habitation) in need of treatment before they start to re-build in the Studio, I have decided to officially itnroduce what I have been doing for years:
Structural Reconnection.
These sessions accommodate those in both acute or chronic pain, pre or post-surgery, post trauma or post injury.
Each session is 1 ½ hours and suggested at least twice a week in the first 2 to 3 weeks, whereafter further sessions or regular Studio sessions will be scheduled as necessary. Once free from pain an on-going regular programme will be discussed.
The sessions, in a nutshell, will look to re-tune the mechanical regulation of our fascial organism (the connecting tissue that holds us together). To re-negotiating habit patterns, re-structure amnesic positions, re-lease restrictions, re-associate dis-associations and reconnect lost connections.
Cost £105 per I hr 30 min session - £75 per 1 hr session.
The regular 1 hour Pilates session with Karin remains at £60 per hour.
