A favourite in the Pilates Studio, the Spine Corrector aids, challenges and teaches both correct body mechanics and offers full movement potential. It helps us understand the Contrology Matwork giving you the feedback to 'feel' the work. These deeper connections evoke stronger myofascial awareness, making it easier to find and sustain a consistent interconnection to the 'whole' body.
