Short Modular Courses on the Studio Apparatus
The Studio apparatus Training is from the Romana teachings. Romana helped Clara with the Studio when Joseph Pilates died in 1967. She devised a programme for teachers ensuring the teachings of Joseph & Clara were passed on true to thier original teachings.
These courses can be taken as modules to complete a Full Comprehensive Training over the year(s), or as seperate further development Study of the individual apparatus.
